Audit of committee members
We discover the obstacles to objectives in terms of organization, working conditions, communication, delegation…
Analysis and proposal of areas of improvement to achieve the objectives including:

Implementation of recommendations approved by the leader
We work closely with the committee to put in place areas for improvement, both individually and collectively, thus allowing a stronger adherence of members who find the time necessary to apply the new processes. Accompaniment of several committees according to the recommendations adopted by the management, face-to-face or remote.
